🚫 What Happens Next?

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

  • We will review the claim and promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • We will attempt to notify the user who posted the content.

  • If the content owner believes the takedown is a mistake, they may submit a counter-notification as described below.

🔁 Counter-Notification Process

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the local court in your area (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
